Why Kolok is different
Capacity per layout
Theatre, classroom, U-shape, banquet… A room does not hold the same number of people in every layout. We publish each capacity separately and never compute it from the floor area.
Dated information
Every room shows the date of its on-site survey and of its latest verification. Anything not verified is shown as “Not provided”.
Comparable prices
A price per day, per half-day or per person does not mean the same thing: every amount is shown with its unit and, when known, whether tax is included.
No middleman
Kolok takes no bookings and no commission. You compare freely, then deal directly with the venue.
